Swimworld is an IQL registered centre (number 10006268).

The NPLQ is accepted by most UK swimming pools, it has QCA accreditation and has widespread international recognition too. Courses are open to anyone aged 16 or over. It is split into 2 units:

• Unit 1 – The principles of lifesaving & swimming pool supervision
• Unit 2 – The application of Supervision and Rescue in a swimming pool

This course is designed to equip teachers with adequate skills to minimise risk & respond effectively to an emergency. It should be a requirement by anyone teaching & coaching programmed swimming activities. We can come to your own pool, swimschool or School site to run this course if you have a minimum of 6 people that require training.
